  • Email sign-ups / freebies (audio trainings, worksheets, “Women of Impactfluence” community): name and email address, collected through our email marketing platform (Kit, formerly ConvertKit).
  • WhatsApp community: if you join via WhatsApp, your phone number and any information visible in your WhatsApp profile become accessible to us and other community members.
  • Waitlist / application forms (e.g., Scale Your Magic): name, email, and any additional information requested through our form provider (Jotform).
  • Purchases: if you purchase a masterclass, training, or product through ThriveCart, or enroll in a course through Teachable, those platforms collect your name, email, billing address, and payment information directly. We receive order confirmation and contact details but do not directly process or store your full payment card information.
  • Coaching/design client engagements: additional business, financial, or personal information you voluntarily share with us in the course of working together (e.g., via email, calls, or shared documents).
